A journey that started back in 1992 flourishes today because of individuals with a shared belief; a belief in the magnitude of preserving the illustrious history of New York State. Our roots are entrenched in that shared belief, fostered by a grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities and legacy gifts from patrons like you. The New York State Archives Partnership Trust pioneered the path to support education, preservation, research, and outreach programs that connect nearly 400 years of historical records preserved in the State Archives ensuring our rich and diverse history stays alive for future generations.
