Matching gifts have the potential of increasing the value of your donation and providing important additional funding for the Archives Partnership Trust. Matching gifts are also beneficial in that they will bring the name and mission of the Trust - as well as the State Archives - to the attention of corporations and foundations, paving the way for future financial support. 

The Trust encourages you to inquire whether your organization participates in a matching gifts program. Your company's human resources office can provide information about your company's matching gift policy. 

If your company does offer a matching gift program, you will need to complete a matching gift form that will be provided by your human resources office. Once you have completed this form, please mail it along with your donation to the Archives Partnership Trust. Our office will verify receipt of your donation and return the form to your employer for completion and preparation of a matching donation to the Archives Partnership Trust.
