Dr. Covart discussed her own research and highlighted some episodes from the podcast.

Elaine Weiss, award-winning journalist and author of The Woman's Hour: The Great Fight to Win the Vote, narrated the nail-biting climax of one of the greatest political battles in American history: the ratification of the constitutional amendment that granted women the right to vote.
Hurricane Fire Tower Centennial Celebrations

On August 8th, Adirondack History Center in Elizabethtown hosted a special exhibit on the Hurricane Fire Tower's 100th anniversary with photographs, historic documents, log books and oral histories. The celebration honored the history and changing role of the fire tower of its years standing in the Adirondack Park.
