Judith Ann Kaye (1938-2016) of Monticello, New York, was appointed as the first woman to serve as Chief Judge of the New York Court of Appeals in 1993. Kaye was the longest-serving Chief Judge in New York State, retiring at the end of 2008.

Mary Anne Krupsak (b. March 26, 1932) of Amsterdam, New York was elected the first woman Lieutenant Governor of New York under Governor Hugh Carey in 1975 and served until 1978. 

Prior to being Lieutenant Governor, Krupsak held seats in the New York State Assembly from 1969 to 1973 and the New York State Senate from 1973 to 1975.

Mary B. Goodhue (1921-2004) served the New York State Assembly from 1975 to 1978, sitting in the 181st and 182nd New York State Legislatures. She continued her political career and became a member of the New York State Senate from 1979 to 1992, representing the 183rd, 184th, 185th, 186th, 187th, 188th and 189th New York State Legislatures. Audre "Pinny" Cooke (1923-2004) of Syracuse, New York, was first elected to the New York State Assembly in 1978. Marion Dickerman

Description
Marion Dickerman was born on April 11, 1890 in Westfield, N.Y. She graduated with a B.A. in 1911 and a master's degree in education in 1912 from Syracuse University. She was a teacher, suffragist, women and children rights advocate, as well as a one time close friend of Eleanor Roosevelt. After a falling out occurred between the two, Dickerman still worked closely with FDR, who appointed her to the President's Commission to Study Industrial Relations in Great Britain and Sweden in 1938. During WWI, Dickerman became involved with the Red Cross and Liberty Loan drives. She also conducted work abroad, serving as a nurse orderly at the Endell Street Military Hospital in London in spring 1918. Dickerman died on May 16, 1983 in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania.
